· Establish a more complete WHSE (the Group's Work, Health, Safety and Environment) management system.
· Regularly conduct auditing, review and self-inspection.

· Active interact with the internal and external stakeholders (including employees, customers, investors, shareholders, government and regulatory agencies, suppliers, contractors, and local communities), and seek feedback by listening to their valuable advice.
· Establish the ESG Committee and promote the fulfilment of ESG objectives and action plans by each department.
· Conduct ESG-related risk assessment and effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
· Coordinate with professionals to conduct ESG trainings and improve the sense of responsibility for sustainable development among all employees of the Group.
· Based on the national standard of "Data center design specification", to ensure the safe, stable and realizable operation of the Data Center, and achieve the advanced technology, economic rationality, safety applicability,eco-friendly.Bohao will highly considering the policy impact, renewable energy usage, surrounding environment and the distance of hazardous sources, etc factors to select the location of Data Center Project. Bohao will ensure the location has at least one or more than one of the supply renewable energy available, supply channels not only include the green power purchasing, but also the investment of self-constructions. Also, Bohao will take priority to the southwest, north China and other regions provided Green Power, to eliminate local rich green electricity.
